Qualifications
Susan J. Whitfield Harding received her BA
from Washburn University (June, 1972) and her
JD from Washburn University School of Law
(December, 1983)

She is admitted to practice law in Kansas (state
and federal courts) and the 10th Circuit Court of
Appeals.

Susan has been practicing law since 1985, in the
areas of Art and Cultural Property Law; Charitable
and Other NonProfit Organizations Law; and
Estate Planning.

Additional professional experience includes 26
years as an author and presenter of articles,
workshops, and lectures on legal issues affecting
tax-exempt organizations, artists, art collectors
and arts organizations.
